1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of anything offered for sale by Connect For Couples LLC, trading as CONNECT for Couples ("we," "us," "our," "the Business"). This includes:

• Courses — online courses such as Rebuilding Connection with the CONNECT Framework and any future courses (each, "a Course," collectively "the Courses")
• Products — physical items sold through our Shop, such as the CONNECT Relationship Cards, and any future physical products (each, "a Product," collectively "the Products")

By purchasing or accessing a Course or Product, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Nature of Our Courses

Our Courses provide general relationship education and practical tools based on evidence-informed approaches, which may include the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), depending on the specific Course.

Our Courses (and Products, where relevant) are not:

• A substitute for individual therapy, couples counselling, crisis intervention, legal advice or medical care.
• A form of ongoing clinical supervision or therapeutic relationship with Allyson Iriarte or CONNECT for Couples.
• Suitable for situations involving ongoing domestic or family violence, coercive control, active abuse, serious mental health concerns or active substance dependence requiring specialised support. (See the "Before You Begin" notice on each Course page for full details.)

If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services immediately. If you are concerned about your safety or wellbeing, please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional or your local support services.

1.3 Access & Licence (Courses)

On successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials of the specific Course(s) you purchased, for your own private, non-commercial use. Access is intended for individual and/or couple use as purchased, and is not to be shared, resold, or distributed to third parties.

We aim to provide lifetime access to each Course's materials unless otherwise stated on that Course's sales page; however, we reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue parts of any Course, or move it to a different hosting platform, with reasonable notice where practicable.

1.4 Shop Products & Shipping

Products are physical goods and are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Once dispatched, ownership and risk in the Product passes to you. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed; delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will assist in tracking or resolving delivery issues where reasonably possible.

At the time of writing, we ship within Australia only. International shipping may be introduced in future — check the relevant Product page for current availability.

1.5 Payment

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Full payment (or your selected payment plan) is required to access a Course, or before a Product is dispatched. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details ourselves. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; this will not affect the price you already paid for an existing purchase.

1.6 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, resell, sublicense or distribute any part of a Course's materials without our prior written consent.
• Use any Course or Product in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract or repurpose Course content for commercial use.

1.7 No Guarantee of Outcomes

While our Courses and Products are designed to support meaningful relationship change, we do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, effort, and engagement with the material. Nothing in a Course or Product constitutes a promise of a particular relational, emotional or legal outcome.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONNECT for Couples and Allyson Iriarte are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Course or Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (or equivalent legislation) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 What We Collect

When you purchase or enquire about a Course or Product, we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number and (for Products) a delivery address
• Payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card details ourselves)
• Any information you voluntarily provide through enquiry, waitlist or contact forms
• Basic usage data related to your access of Course materials (e.g. login activity, progress tracking, if applicable)

2.2 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide access to and support for our Courses, and to process and ship Product orders
• Send order confirmations, shipping/access updates and relevant communications
• Send occasional updates, tips and relevant offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Improve our services and respond to enquiries

2.3 Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms to help deliver our services, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Gathrspace, Stripe (for payment processing), and email delivery services. These providers may process your data on our behalf, in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

2.4 Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

2.5 Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), where applicable to our business.

2.6 Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analyse site traffic. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

2.7 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Courses — General Policy

Due to the digital and immediately-accessible nature of our Courses, all Course sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

3.2 Courses — Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a Course (e.g. broken links, login errors), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the issue arising so we can resolve it promptly.

3.3 Courses — Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once Course access has been granted. Please review each Course's description, "Is This Course Right for You?" and "Before You Begin" sections carefully before purchasing.

3.4 Courses — Payment Plans

If you selected a payment plan option, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of your ongoing engagement with the Course, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.5 Products — Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a Product arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, including a photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

3.6 Products — Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on Products once your order has been placed and processed, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please choose carefully before ordering.

3.7 Your Consumer Guarantee Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Course or Product is not delivered as described, is significantly different from its description, or there is a major failure in supply, you may be entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund, regardless of this stated policy.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content within any of our Courses and Products — including but not limited to video, audio, written materials, worksheets, card decks, the CONNECT Framework, CONNECT Relationship Plan templates, graphics, branding and course structure — is the intellectual property of Connect For Couples LLC / Allyson Iriarte, and is protected under Australian and international copyright law.

4.2 Permitted Use

You may access and use a Course's materials, or a Product you have purchased, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may print worksheets or materials for your own private use.

4.3 Prohibited Use

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Course or Product content in any form
• Use Course or Product content to create derivative works, training programs or competing products
• Share your login/access credentials or Course materials with any third party not covered by your original purchase
• Use the CONNECT Framework name, branding or materials for commercial teaching, coaching or counselling purposes without a separate licensing agreement

4.4 Trademarks

"CONNECT for Couples," the CONNECT Framework name and associated logos are trademarks (registered or unregistered) of Connect For Couples LLC. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

4.5 Third-Party Content

Where a Course references or draws upon third-party frameworks and research (e.g. the Gottman Method, Polyvagal Theory), such references are made for educational purposes and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the original authors or institutions unless explicitly stated.

4.6 Reporting Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content within a Course or Product, please contact us at [email protected] with details of your concern.
